Tuesday 8/25 we will be attending the Loons game at Dow Diamond downtown as a combined YM/YW activity.

All youth and leaders should have already filled out the Google form indicating if they will be coming or not. If you indicated that you will be attending but your plans have changed please reach out to President Cox or Brother Gillis so that the ticket that has been purchased for you doesn't go to waste. If you did not respond or said that you will NOT be attending and would like to attend, reach out to President Cox or Brother Gillis so that we can make arrangements to have a ticket for you.

Drop off and pick up will be at the stadium. Game time is 7:05. Plan on dropping your youth off out front near will call/ticket office/loons train at 7:00 or a bit before. Pick up will be the same place at 8:30or we can communicate when the game is over. Ensure that you are at the staduim to pick up your youth when the game is over. The drop off and pick up location can be seen at this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QZmzw4CzppCvZNFT6

Bring your own blanket if you want one, as we will be purchasing lawn tickets.

Thank you!
